Terms and conditions

Program Overview

The Seville Abroad Parents Program is a 15-day cultural immersion experience designed for parents and adult family members who wish to discover Spain beyond traditional tourism.

The program combines accommodation in carefully selected boutique and luxury hotels, Spanish language lessons, cultural workshops, guided visits, exclusive experiences, and unforgettable excursions, allowing participants to experience the authentic Spanish lifestyle while enjoying premium comfort.

By enrolling in the program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms & Conditions.


Spirit of the Program

The Parents Program is designed as a cultural immersion experience rather than a conventional vacation.

Participants are encouraged to embrace Spanish culture with curiosity, flexibility, and an open mind.

Our goal is not only to show you Spain, but to help you experience it through its people, traditions, gastronomy, language, history and daily life.

Every activity has been carefully selected to create meaningful connections, lifelong friendships, and unforgettable memories.


Conditions of Participation

Participants agree to:

  • Attend the Spanish lessons, cultural workshops, guided visits, activities and excursions included in the official itinerary.
  • Respect Spanish laws and regulations throughout their stay.
  • Respect fellow participants, guides, instructors, hotel staff, drivers and Seville Abroad staff at all times.
  • Arrive punctually for all scheduled activities and transfers.
  • Respect the rules and policies of the hotels, restaurants and venues visited during the program.
  • Pay for any damage caused to hotels, transportation, restaurants or any facilities visited during the program.
  • Travel on the official program dates unless otherwise approved by Seville Abroad.
  • Carry a valid passport and comply with all visa and immigration requirements applicable to their nationality.

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Seville Abroad cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.


Accommodation

Accommodation is provided in carefully selected 4★ Superior Boutique Hotels and 5★ Hotels.

Room assignments will be based on the room type selected during registration and are subject to availability.


Insurance

The program includes comprehensive medical and travel insurance throughout the duration of the program.

Insurance details and coverage will be provided after enrollment has been confirmed and full payment has been received.


Program Fee

The program fee includes:

  • Domestic round-trip flights between Seville and Marrakech.
  • Fourteen (14) nights of accommodation in carefully selected 4★ Superior Boutique Hotels and 5★ Hotels.
  • Daily breakfast.
  • All meals while in Morocco.
  • Selected lunches and dinners in Spain.
  • Spanish language lessons.
  • Cultural workshops.
  • All scheduled cultural visits, activities and excursions.
  • Private transportation throughout the program.
  • Local coordinators and support team during the entire stay.
  • 24-hour emergency assistance.
  • Comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
  • Administrative costs.

The program fee does not include:

  • International airfare to and from Spain.
  • Passport or visa expenses.
  • Meals not specifically included in the itinerary.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Optional activities not included in the official program.

Payment Terms

A €1,200 registration deposit is required to secure your place in the program.

Of this amount, €500 is non-refundable. The remaining portion of the deposit is refundable according to the Cancellation Policy below.

The remaining balance of €2,690 must be paid no later than September 15th, 2026.

Failure to complete the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.


Cancellation Policy

  • €500 of the registration deposit is non-refundable.
  • If a participant cancels 30 days or more before the program start date, Seville Abroad will refund all payments received except the €500 non-refundable portion of the registration deposit.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the program begins, except where otherwise required by law or under the Force Majeure Policy.

Force Majeure

If Seville Abroad is required to cancel the program due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government travel restrictions, civil unrest or other force majeure events, participants may choose between:

  • A full refund of all payments made, including the €500 non-refundable portion of the registration deposit; or
  • Transferring their reservation to a future Seville Abroad Parents Program.

Early Departure

Participants who voluntarily withdraw from the program after it has begun will not be entitled to any refund.

Any additional expenses resulting from an early departure will be the sole responsibility of the participant.


Health & Personal Responsibility

Participants confirm that they are physically able to participate in the activities included in the program.

Any relevant medical conditions, allergies or dietary restrictions must be disclosed before arrival.

Participants are responsible for carrying and administering any personal medication required during the trip.


Liability

Participation in international travel involves certain inherent risks.

Participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own decisions and actions during the program.

Seville Abroad shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, airline schedule changes, force majeure events, loss of personal belongings, illness, injury, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


Photography & Media

Unless otherwise requested in writing before the program begins, participants authorize Seville Abroad to use photographs and videos taken during the program for promotional, educational and marketing purposes.


Privacy Policy

All personal information provided by participants will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection legislation.

Personal information will be used solely for purposes related to the organization and operation of the Parents Program.


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising from participation in the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
