IB CAS Trip abroad

IB CAS Trip abroad to Spain

Creativity, activity, service (CAS) is one of the three essential elements that every student must complete as part of the Diploma Program (DP). Designed specifically to challenge and inspire International Baccalaureate students, this CAS (Creativity Activity Service) trip to Spain combines service learning with cultural immersion and practical volunteer and conservation work.

Either for groups or individual participants, Seville Abroad can assist you or your school with developing a Community Project abroad in Spain that can incorporate the Creativity, Service, Action (CAS) elements that can help fulfill the requirements of your IB Program Diploma (International Baccalaureate program).

As part of the IB Program International spirit, we offer you the opportunity to complete CAS hours abroad in Spain within a unique Immersion program. From 2 weeks and up to 6 weeks, you will be able to complete up to 150 CAS hours while you will improve your Spanish by living with a traditional Spanish Host Family and experiencing the Spanish culture and way of life.

How is CAS structured?

The three strands of CAS, which are often interwoven with particular activities, are characterized as follows:
