Tips for the Letter to the Host family: Before you write the letter think about what you would like to know from somebody who were to live in your house for one year. Your host family wants to know how you are, what you like, etc. Your letter must : Be written by yourself Have information about yourself, your personality, your activities, your interests, your goals, etc. Describe your family and your relationship with each of its members. Describe your school, the community where you live and your friends. Describe your activities and responsibilities at home and at school. Explain why you want to go to Spain and live with a Spanish host family. Express your enthusiasm and interest for them, ask them about their family, their interests, their community and the school you will attend. Thank them for the opportunity to live with them. This is very important, remember they will help you with your adaptation .

The album will be of great interest to your Host Family. They will like seeing the rest of your family and your home. The photos have to be representative of who you are and what you are like. A smiling face says much to your advantage. Of course, the more you include, the better. Please do not forget to add comments to your photos.
