FundMyTravel has a team of dedicated staff who want to help Seville Abroad participants reach their fundraising goals. They can provide tips and insights on the best ways to spread the word and offer sharing tools to get your campaign greater exposure through social media and email. What is included:
- Round-trip air tickets from New York to Seville.
- Reception of the student at the destination airport by their host family or coordinator.
- Assignment guaranteed to a carefully selected Spanish host family.
- Accommodation and full board in the family home
- Enrollment and education expenses at a Spanish high school.
- School supplies and textbooks.
- Supervision and support of a local coordinator throughout the stay.
- Emergency telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Personal and academic monitoring.
- Assistance with the visa application process.
- Help in the whole process of validating studies and certificates.
- Full health insurance with no co-payments
- Diploma or certificate on completion of your program.
What is not included:
- Domestic Fligths
- Personal expenses.
- Any trip planned by your Spanish High School
- Expenses derived from obtaining passport or visa
- Uniforms (If needed)
Payment Conditions:
Deposit payments will be made through: Bank transfer, credit card.
Final payment only by bank transfer to Seville Abroad account.
REGISTRATION DEPOSIT
Amount: € 1,000 (Euro)
Payment Deadline: Deposit will be charged at the time of registration and only after being accepted into the program. Each student will submit the $ 1,000 non-refundable deposit which reserves a spot on the program and is subtracted from total program fee.
COMMITMENT DEPOSIT
Amount: € 5,000 (Euro)
Deadline for Full School Year: Due on December 1st.
Deadline for Fall Semester: Due on December 1st.
Deadline for Spring Semester: Due on April 1st.
FINAL PAYMENT
Deadline for Full School Year: Due on June 1st.
Deadline for Fall Semester: Due on June 1st.
Deadline for Spring Semester: Due on November 1st.
1.000€ initial payment (non-refundable).
Refund of 75% of the total cost if you cancel 30 days before the start of the program.
Refund of 50% of the total cost if you cancel 15 days before the start of the program.
No refunds once the program has started.
