You must complete this part of the application form specially designed for parents. It is important for host families, but also for the coordinator who supervises the stay of your son / daughter in Spain.
It is also very important that your write a letter to the host family describing you daughter/son with as much detail as possible. This will give a good perspective of the life and personality of your son / daughter to her/his future family in Spain.
You will also find a medical questionnaire, please answer with sincerity and indicate any aspect that is not contemplated in the report.
